This policy explains what information Roc Sexi Apparel (“we,” “us”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website and how we handle information when you email us or, once our store opens, place an order.

The short version

• This site is a preview of our collections. Nothing is sold here yet: there are no accounts, no checkout and no forms.
• This site does not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies of its own.
• We never sell your personal information.

Information we collect

On this website

You can browse this site without giving us any personal information. We do not run analytics, tracking pixels, advertising tags or embedded third-party content here, and the site has no sign-up or contact forms.

Like any website, the company that hosts it receives basic technical information needed to deliver pages and protect against abuse, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. We do not use this information to identify you or build a profile.

When you email us

If you write to us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you choose to put in your message.

When you order (once the store opens)

When our online store launches, purchases will go through the store’s own checkout, which is separate from this preview site. To fill your order, we and our service providers will collect information such as your name, email, shipping address, phone number (if you provide it), the items you buy and your order history. Payments are handled by payment processors; we do not see or store your full card number.

How we use your information

• To answer your messages and questions.
• To process, print, ship and support your orders, including returns and exchanges.
• To send order updates and receipts.
• To send news about discounts, promotions, new drops and sales, only if you sign up or opt in (see Marketing messages below). You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To prevent fraud and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Marketing messages

If you sign up for our list, opt in at checkout, or follow or message us on social media, you agree that Roc Sexi Apparel may send you emails, texts, messages, invites and DMs about discounts, promotions, new drops and sales. We keep it reasonable, no excessive contact.

You can opt out anytime: click unsubscribe in any email, reply STOP to texts, or email rocsexiapparel.orders@gmail.com. Message and data rates may apply. We’ll only text you if you’ve given us your number and agreed to texts.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only what they need to do their part:

• Shopify, which will run our online store and checkout.
• Printful, which prints and ships our products on demand. Printful receives the details needed to make and deliver your order, such as your name and shipping address.
• Payment processors, which handle card and other payments at checkout.
• Shipping carriers, which deliver your package.

Purchases, when they launch, will be processed through the online store’s checkout under its own terms and the privacy practices of its payment processors. Each of these providers handles your information under its own privacy policy.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies or use tracking technologies. The online store, when it opens, may use cookies needed for things like your shopping cart and checkout; those are described in the store’s own cookie and privacy notices.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Emails are kept as long as needed to help you. Order records are kept as long as needed to fill and support your order and to meet tax and accounting rules. When information is no longer needed, we delete it.

Your rights and choices

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we have about you and give you a copy;
• correct information that is wrong;
• delete your information;
• stop sending you marketing emails or texts.

To make a request, including a request to delete your information, email rocsexiapparel.orders@gmail.com from the address you used with us. We may need to confirm it’s you before acting on a request. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. Some information may need to be kept where the law requires it, such as records of past orders.

California residents

If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request a copy, correction or deletion of it, to opt out of its sale or sharing, and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. Children’s privacy

This site and our store are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example when our store opens. When we do, we will post the new version here and change the effective date at the top.
